3. Disclosure of Your Information

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations:

  • By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process (such as a subpoena or court order), to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, to protect the rights, property, and safety of Opulent Health, Beauty And Wellness LLC, our users, or others, or as otherwise required or permitted by U.S. federal or New York State law.

  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, and SMS messaging services (e.g., Aesthetic Records). These providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your information and are restricted from using your personal information for any purpose other than to provide services for us, in line with requirements such as the NY SHIELD Act.
