Our dedicated medical team consists of highly qualified professionals committed to providing exceptional care. With two MSN FNP-BCs, a health specialist, and an AGACNP-BC on staff, we ensure that our patients receive comprehensive support tailored to their needs. Together, we strive to create a compassionate and healing environment for all.
Marissa Howlett
Marissa Mancinelli FNP-BC, received both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Mount St.
Mary college in Newburgh, NY. She received honorary distinction, graduating in the top of her class at the masters level.
During her nursing career, Marissa has worked in multiple specialities for some of the largest health systems in NYC and Upstate NY. She has undoubtedly worked and trained alongside some of top providers in the state.
Marissa currently works as a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with previous specialization in general medicine, traumatic brain/spine injury, stroke and occupational health. Marissa's additional certifications include being DOT Certified, as well as certification in Advanced Botox & Dermal Fillers.
As a partner of Opulent Health, Beauty & Wellness, Marissa serves as our Botox Injector and Nurse Practitioner. She prides herself in her knowledge of health, wellness and beauty and strives to provide comprehensive patient education for her patients to achieve their overall wellness goals. Meticulous in every aspect of health and beauty, Marissa has a passion and desire to learn and grow in her fields.
Kristal Lopez
Kristal Lopez is a Medical Assistant and Partner, specializing in Weight Loss. Working one on one with every client, she prides herself in the success of each individual's goal for health and weight loss.
Starting as a Google Review Writer, gaining over 3 million daily viewers, Kristal transitioned into Marketing for MedSpa's and working with Google & Meta. After years in marketing for MedSpas, Kristal furthered her knowledge and training in lasers, peels and weight loss.
Working with pharmaceutical companies, reps for the companies, doctors and more, Kristal decided to take her knowledge and experience to help others looking to lose weight and get healthy. As a Medical Assistant and Weight Loss Specialist, Kristal works closely with her NP's, creating a customized plan for each client.
As a mom, wife and business owner, Kristal knows the struggles of making the time and finding the energy to lose weight. Kristal started her journey with WeGovy 2 years ago and lost 60 lbs and has kept the weight off since.
